1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using VELOPICKS (the "Service"), operated by VELOPICKS LLC ("VELOPICKS", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account. 3. Description of Service

VELOPICKS publishes sports picks and analysis, stock and market analysis, results tracking, and related informational content. VELOPICKS does not accept wagers, hold customer funds, operate as a sportsbook or betting exchange, or operate as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange. VELOPICKS does not place bets or trades on your behalf and does not have access to any sportsbook, brokerage, or bank account you may use. All wagering and investing decisions, and their consequences, are yours alone.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly through Support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans, billing cycles, automatic renewal, and cancellation are described in full in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm any purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute paid content or account access without our written permission
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to extract content from the Service
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local wagering or investment regulations
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All picks, analysis, text, graphics, logos, and software on VELOPICKS are owned by VELOPICKS LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Some pages may link to or reference third-party products for which we may earn a commission — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELOPICKS LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, wagering losses, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VELOPICKS LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from your Account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the Service.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. VELOPICKS LLC is based in Miami, Florida, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
