Subscription & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans Offered

VELOPICKS offers the following access types (current pricing shown at checkout and on our Pricing page):

• Single Pick ($9.99) — one-time, non-recurring purchase of a single premium pick.
• Daily Pass ($19.99) — one-time, non-recurring purchase granting 24-hour access to premium content.
• VIP Monthly ($29.99/mo) — recurring subscription, billed monthly until cancelled.
• VIP Annual ($299.99/yr) — recurring subscription, billed annually until cancelled.

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

VIP Monthly and VIP Annual are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Single Pick and Daily Pass are one-time purchases and do not renew or recur.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from Account → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; you retain access for the remainder of the period you already paid for. If you have trouble accessing billing controls, submit a request through Billing Support.

4. Changing Plans

You can switch between subscription tiers from Account → Billing. Plan changes take effect according to the terms shown at the time of the change.

5. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or restrict access to premium content until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.
